Citi customers unknowingly give information to fraudsters, which results in money being stolen from bank accounts. In order to help keep all retail and card customers safe from fraudulent activity, I created a series of icons that depicted different scam scenerios and where they need to be vigilant and what actions are triggers for potential fraud.

Using Citi brand colors, I used two tones of blue to depict who the fraudster is and who the Citi customer is. Using a slight cut out design of the action, allows for the customer to understand how the scams work.
